Free Shipping On Orders Over 175

How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping? (some exemptions apply)
  1. Place over $175 of products in your Shopping Cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Ship your items to a single Canadian address.
  4. Your shipping fee will have the option “FREE Shipping!” – Select this option.
  5. Place your order, and enjoy FREE shipping!  (even if Free Shipping is selected – additional charges may apply for exempt items – you will be contacted after your order is placed – see below)

 

The Fine Print:

  • Applies to Canadian delivery addresses only.
  • Orders are shipped when all stock is available.  If a product in your order is back ordered, we will hold the shipment until the back ordered item arrives. Split shipments are up to the discretion of Total Prepare.
  • Large water storage containers are excluded from the FREE Shipping offer.
  • Blue Can Water has flat shipping rates applied. Cases of SOS Water Pouches, Cases of SOS Food Bars, Replacement food and water kits, WaterBricks, and Complete Toilet sets may incur shipping charges depending on the total order (even if Free Shipping is selected) and some shipping fees may still apply for overly heavy, big and /or bulky items. (you will be contacted after your order is placed if this applies)
  • Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, might affect your order’s eligibility for FREE Shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees related to issues stemming from errors in shipping, address, or other fulfillment information they have provided to Total Prepare.  If a refund of an order is requested, the cost of goods will be refunded minus the shipping fees.
  • Discounted corporate/group buys (non-online orders) may be excluded from Free Shipping.
  • Applies to orders over $175, excluding taxes, shipping or handling.
  • Some remote or rural locations may incur shipping charges (we have to be prudent). If you have a zero in your postal code it may count as rural.
  • You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any items are canceled, bringing the total below $175.
  • In order to provide you with free shipping it may take an additional 3 – 5 days for your order to be shipped. There may also be increased transit time of 2 – 6 days for FREE Shipping orders.
  • Total Prepare reserves the right to ship via the courier of our choice with orders that qualify for FREE Shipping.  If you would like the order shipped via the method of your choice, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
  • Extraordinary freight requirements – lift gates, appointments, etc – may incur additional cost.

 

Courier Strikes:

At Total Prepare, we work with a variety of couriers to provide the best service possible for our customers. In the event of a courier strike, we will make every effort to fulfill your order using an alternative vendor to minimize disruptions.

Please note that during Canada Post strikes, deliveries to PO boxes may experience significant delays. If this occurs, we may contact you after your order is placed to request a physical address or discuss alternative delivery options.

Some couriers may incur higher costs. If changes to your order result in additional fees, our team will contact you before proceeding. Rest assured, your card will not be charged without your express consent.

If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund for your order.

Pick Up Orders

Our checkout includes a local pickup option for customers in Victoria, BC. Once your order is packed and ready, we will notify you via email. If the order is not collected within one week, our team will follow up with a phone call and email. Orders left unclaimed for 30 days will be returned to stock, and any payment will be refunded. You’re welcome to place a new order at that time, but please note that your original position in the stock or production queue will not be retained.
