Total Prepare ships Canada wide and into the USA.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days following the receipt of the order. Product is normally shipped within 3 – 5 business days. For our Free Shipping policy information click HERE.
All of our products that are sold, shipped and delivered originate in Canada (some products for our US customers originate in the states) and therefore we are able to provide our Canadian customers (and some US customers) the cost savings of no duties or customs fees. (some exceptions apply) Products that are shipped into the US are subject to customs fees and duties (if applicable) and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We will use the most secure, cost effective and safe way to deliver your products. Most products are shipped via Canada Post, TForce or FedEx unless the size of the order or the client requires alternate shipping arrangements. These may incur additional shipping charges and will be communicated via email. The products are shipped only after we have received confirmation of your order and there is available stock.
In some circumstances, additional shipping charges may incur for oversized, bulky or heavier items (and items destined for the USA). You will be contacted via email after we have received your order in our system.
The safe shipment of your order is our priority. We take care and attention to ship in crush protective boxes and pack our product tightly so that there is minimal movement within the boxes. With larger orders, we will make sure that the box is not too big or unwieldy to handle.
All shipping charges, if any, are in Canadian Dollars.
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancel Items from an Order:
Total Prepare customers may cancel any item from their order with the exception of special orders or sale items provided that the customer order has not yet entered the Total Prepare shipping and processing department.
Customers are encouraged to contact Total Prepare as soon as possible to cancel items from their order.
If the item to be cancelled has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by our customer service department. However, customers may return the item at their own shipping expense for a Total Prepare Online Store Credit. Please refer to the Total Prepare Return Policy below for more information.
General Return Policy:
Total Prepare customers may return new, unopened items purchased and fulfilled from Total Prepare within 30 days of receipt with a Total Prepare sales receipt or invoice for a store credit at customers own shipping expense. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Total Prepare will only pay return shipping charges if the return is a result of Total Prepare’s error.
Customers should expect to receive a Total Prepare Online Store Credit within four weeks of Total Prepare receiving returned items. However, in many cases customers may receive a Total Prepare Online Store Credit sooner. This time period includes the transit time for Total Prepare to receive the customer return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes Total Prepare to process customer returns once Total Prepare receives it (5 to 7 business days). Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Items That Are Not Returnable:
Total Prepare does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are opened and used.
- Items that are damaged by customers.
- Food or water storage containers that have been used.
- Food items that have been opened
- Bulk Foods
- Electronics (other than warranty items)

If a customer received a faulty item from Total Prepare and needs to exchange it for the same replacement item. The customer may return the item to Total Prepare for inspection complete with proof of customer shipping costs. If upon inspection by Total Prepare the item is deemed faulty, Total Prepare will ship a replacement item to the customer at no expense. Total Prepare will also include reimbursement to the customer for the shipping costs incurred to ship the faulty item back to Total Prepare.
If the customer would like to exchange a faulty item for a different item, they can return the faulty item to Total Prepare for inspection complete with proof of customer shipping costs. If upon inspection by Total Prepare the item is deemed faulty, Total Prepare will ship a replacement item to the customer at no expense unless the shipping costs to ship the different replacement item is substantially higher due to increased weight and size as compared to the original items. In this event, the customer will only be charged the increased shipping costs above and beyond what the cost would have been for shipping the original faulty replacement item back to the customer. Total Prepare will also include reimbursement to the customer for the shipping costs incurred by the customer to ship the faulty item back to Total Prepare.
Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days to process returns after items are received at the Total Prepare Returns Center. Total Prepare will notify customer via e-mail when the replacement items are processed and ready to be shipped.
