  1. Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber from pouch contents.
  2. Prepare in pouch or other suitable container.
  3. Add 160mL (0.7 cup) boiling water or fill to the 8 line indicated on the pouch.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Reseal pouch or cover and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir again and serve – enjoy your meal!
