Designed for larger, higher risk workplaces the WCB Level 2 First Aid Kit is often paired with a first-aid dressing station or found in a dedicated first aid office. This kit does not meet WCB requirements without a Portable Oxygen Therapy Unit (optional add-on).

The 2018+ version of the WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 2 Kit contains the supplies an Occupational First Aid Level 2 Attendant needs to provide first aid to:
- Shift of 51-200 workers in a workplace with a low risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital
- Shifts of 101 or more workers in a workplace with a low risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital
- Shifts of 26-75 workers in a workplace with a moderate risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital
- Shifts of 76 or more workers in a workplace with a moderate risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital
- Shifts of 16-30 workers in a workplace with a high risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital
- Shifts of 30 or more workers in a workplace with a high risk of injury and that is 20 minutes or less surface travel time away from a hospital
Whenever a WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 2 Kit is required, at least one employee with their WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 2 certification is required to be on shift.
