Freeze-Dried Powdered 1% Milk provides the familiar nutrition and versatility of milk in a lightweight, shelf-stable format. Simply combine the powder with cold water to prepare fresh-tasting 1% milk whenever it is needed.

Each 95g pouch makes approximately one litre of prepared milk, providing four 250ml servings. Every serving contains 8g of protein and is an excellent source of calcium, with added vitamins A and D.

With no refrigeration required for storage and an extended shelf life of up to 25 years, this powdered milk is ideal for emergency preparedness kits, long-term food storage, camping, cabins, travel, and locations where fresh milk may not be readily available.

Preparation Instructions

For the best flavour, combine the milk powder with cold water and shake or stir vigorously. Chill the prepared milk in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

One 250ml Serving:
Combine 4 level tablespoons of milk powder with 225ml of water.

Full 95g Pouch:
Combine the entire contents of the pouch with 900ml of water, approximately 3.6 cups.

Quick Kitchen Reference:
Combine 1 level tablespoon of milk powder with approximately 4 tablespoons of water.

Yield:
